Ms. Wan, a passenger on a flight from Hong Kong International Airport to Fukuoka became the airline’s six-millionth customer in 2024. She was greeted at the departure gate by HK Express CEO Jeanette Mao and the management team who presented her with six round-trip tickets as a gesture of appreciation.
