Federal Express Corporation, known as FedEx, has introduced FedEx Surround in India. This solution aims to enhance supply chain management through advanced monitoring and intervention capabilities. It leverages near-real-time visibility, AI-powered predictive analytics, and advanced handling features to offer businesses enhanced shipment visibility and control.

FedEx Surround is available in three service levels: Select, Preferred, and Premium. These are designed to serve various industries such as healthcare, aerospace, and high-tech products by providing critical updates that ensure the timely delivery of sensitive shipments.

The new service offers several benefits including flexibility and control with a dashboard providing real-time global visibility using AI and network sensors. It also promises greater value through special handling codes that enable prioritized boarding and cold chain support. Additionally, it offers peace of mind with 24/7 expert support for proactive monitoring.
