Sue Gin, Founder | Flying Food Group

At Flying Food Group, a commitment to fair and competitive wages is being demonstrated through a partnership with Fair Wage. The collaboration involves a comprehensive living wage gap analysis across the company's U.S. workforce of 4,802 employees. Fair Wage has evaluated wage levels against living wage thresholds, identifying any gaps and analyzing wage distribution by gender and employee category. To validate these findings, Fair Wage is conducting random employee surveys across 50% of the business units.

"World Wildlife Day (WWD) is celebrated every year on 3 March to celebrate wild animals and plants," states the announcement. This year's theme for WWD2025 is "Wildlife Conservation Finance: Investing in People and Planet." Flying Food Group plans to honor World Wildlife Day on March 3rd by combining efforts with Earth Day’s celebration on April 22nd.

The company will make a significant donation to One Tree Planted, focusing support on California—a community where many employees live and work. The initiative aims to aid wildlife conservation and reforestation efforts following devastating wildfires, fostering a healthier environment for all living beings.
