On April 5, 2025, Condor launched its inaugural flight DE4419 from Frankfurt to Rome (FCO), continuing to Palermo (PMO). The following day, the return flight from Palermo through Rome back to Frankfurt marked the official start of this service. Passengers and crew of these inaugural flights received welcoming treatment in Italy, coinciding with the Easter holiday travel season.

The addition of Rome and Palermo extends Condor's European city route network, joining existing destinations including Vienna, Zurich, and German cities such as Berlin, Hamburg, and Munich. Plans for further expansion include flights to Milan (MXP), Paris (CDG), and Prague (PRG) starting in early May.

Passengers on these new routes have the choice between Economy and Business Class. Those in Economy Class are provided with complimentary water and a sweet treat, while Business Class passengers are offered drinks and a high-quality snack. An Economy Light fare introduced on April 2, 2025, allows travelers to bring one piece of hand luggage and a small handbag at no extra charge.
