Bombardier Aerospace has developed the Global 7500, a long-range business jet that has been in operation since 2018. The aircraft, capable of carrying up to 19 passengers, boasts a range of 7,700 nautical miles, extendable to 8,000 nautical miles. Since its introduction, over 200 units have been delivered.

The design features include a transonic wing optimized for Mach 0.85, with winglets that reduce drag. This provides efficiency and smooth flight, as noted by Bombardier Aerospace: "Our Smooth Flex Wing is like an in-air shock absorber, engineered to help dampen turbulence for the industry's smoothest ride and the best wet and dry runway performance."

The jet has an exterior height of 27 feet, an exterior length of 111 feet, and a wingspan of 104 feet. It can cruise at a long-range speed of Mach 0.85 and a high speed of Mach 0.90, with a maximum operating speed of Mach 0.925. Bombardier claims the aircraft offers significant speed and range, stating, "Our Global 7500 aircraft is your time machine getting you to your destination faster with a top speed of Mach 0.925 that can be upgraded to Mach 0.94 - the fastest since Concorde."

The Global 7500 is designed with luxury in mind, offering a spacious cabin with enlarged windows and a versatile seating arrangement. Bombardier Aerospace emphasizes, "With comfortable seating for six, the elegant Conference Suite of the Global 7500 jet features a distinct design with sophisticated style. Bring guests together for a business lunch or a family dinner and savour fine cuisine, meticulously prepared in the industry's largest and most well-appointed kitchen."

Cockpit technology includes advanced fly-by-wire systems, aimed at reducing pilot workload. Bombardier describes their cockpit as, "The Bombardier Vision flight deck features the latest in fly-by-wire and avionics technology with exceptional ergonomics and aesthetics for a cockpit environment perfectly suited for both short hops and long hauls."

The Global 7500 continues to be a favored option in business aviation, combining speed, range, comfort, and advanced technological features.
