ITA Airways extends suspension of Tel Aviv flights through June 22

ITA Airways has announced the extension of its suspension of flights to and from Tel Aviv until June 22. The airline is offering rebooking or refunds to passengers affected by this decision, which was made public on X.

According to ITA Airways, the extension is due to ongoing security concerns in the region. The airline states it is closely monitoring the situation and coordinating with relevant authorities to ensure passenger safety. Passengers impacted by these cancellations are being provided options for rebooking or refunds.

As reported by Ynetnews, several European airlines, including ITA Airways and Lufthansa Group, have similarly extended their suspension of flights to Tel Aviv through June 22. These decisions are attributed to the ongoing conflict in the region and associated risks to flight operations. The extensions indicate a cautious approach by carriers amid the volatile security situation.
