Federal Express Corporation, a major player in express transportation, continues its dedication to youth empowerment through the 2025 FedEx/Junior Achievement International Trade Challenge (FedEx/JA ITC). This year's event took place in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, bringing together young entrepreneurs to present their ideas and strategies for global trade. The top three teams were chosen to represent Vietnam at the regional finals in Singapore this August.

The FedEx/JA ITC has been held in Vietnam for thirteen years, inspiring high school students with entrepreneurial skills and business knowledge. In collaboration with JA Vietnam, the program offers workshops and challenges that provide practical experiences in international trade.

This year’s challenge focused on creating eco-friendly solutions to reduce fashion waste from product returns. Students developed innovative market entry strategies for an international market, showcasing their creativity and understanding of sustainable business practices.
