Delta Air Lines is considering establishing an Airbus A350 pilot base at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. This move would enable Delta to shift a substantial part of its transpacific operations in Seattle from the A330-900neo, which currently serves as the main widebody aircraft for the airline in that location. Aviation insider JonNYC first reported this development on BlueSky, mentioning that Delta aims to commence these operations by late 2025 or early 2026.
