The inauguration of Japan's first dedicated Emirates Travel Store took place in Osaka, with Nabil Sultan, Executive Vice President of Passenger Sales and Country Management at Emirates, officiating the ceremony. The event was attended by Mr. Hirofumi Yoshimura, Governor of Osaka Prefecture, and H.E. Shihab Alfaheem, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United Arab Emirates to Japan. Senior management from Emirates and other distinguished guests were also present.

Located in a busy commercial area of Osaka, the 110-square-meter store provides a space for customers to plan their travel with personalized service. It is equipped with a multilingual team to assist both Japanese and international travelers with flight bookings and travel information. The design aims to reflect modern luxury and comfort through its furnishings.

Mr. Nabil Sultan emphasized the importance of this new venture: “Japan is a vital market for Emirates, and today’s opening reflects our commitment to building even deeper connections with our valued customers and partners here in the Kansai region by bringing our products and services even closer to them."
