The Emirates A350 aircraft has made its debut in Dammam, operating on flight EK 827 from Dubai. The flight departs Dubai at 7:30 am and arrives in Dammam at 7:50 am. The return journey, flight EK 828, leaves Dammam at 9:20 am and lands back in Dubai by 11:45 am.

This aircraft features a three-class configuration accommodating a total of 312 passengers. It includes 32 lie-flat Business Class seats arranged in a 1-2-1 layout, 21 Premium Economy seats in a 2-3-2 setup, and 259 Economy Class seats in a 3-3-3 formation. The design focuses on passenger comfort for short to medium-haul flights with features such as wider cabins, higher ceilings, and reduced noise levels during flights. Passengers can access Emirates’ award-winning entertainment system called "ice," enjoy improved seat ergonomics, advanced cabin lighting, and high-speed Wi-Fi connectivity across all classes.

Emirates' decision to deploy the A350 to Dammam is part of its ongoing investment strategy in Saudi Arabia, where it has been operating for over thirty years. Currently, the airline services four major cities within the kingdom—Riyadh, Jeddah, Medina, and Dammam—with multiple daily flights using a mix of Airbus A380s, Boeing B777s, and now the A350.

Dammam is now among several destinations receiving Emirates' newest aircraft model. Other cities include Mumbai, Edinburgh, Bahrain, Colombo, Kuwait, Muscat, Tunis, Amman, and Ahmedabad. As of now, Emirates has inducted eight A350s into its fleet with plans to extend service to a total of seventeen destinations by the end of 2025.
