Sriram Krishnasamy Executive Vice President and Chief Transformation Officer, FedEx Corporation President and CEO, FedEx Dataworks | FedEx

FedEx Corp. has announced that Sriram Krishnasamy is stepping down from his roles as executive vice president, chief digital and information officer, and chief transformation officer. His departure is effective immediately, though he will remain in an advisory capacity until October 31, 2025, to aid in the transition process.

The decision was mutually agreed upon after Krishnasamy successfully completed several initiatives tied to FedEx's long-term strategy. This includes achieving a $4 billion structural cost reduction by the end of the 2025 fiscal year and advancing the company's digital transformation efforts.

Raj Subramaniam, president and CEO of FedEx Corporation, stated: “We are grateful for Sriram’s leadership and the lasting impact he has made at FedEx as we focus on our mission to make supply chains smarter for everyone.” He added confidence in the company’s strong foundation and talented team moving forward.
