Eurowings has been recognized as one of the top airlines in Europe, according to a study by the consumer portal Flightright. The annual Flightright Index places Discover Airlines, Eurowings, and Iberia at the forefront among Europe's 20 largest airlines. The evaluation is based on criteria such as reliability, punctuality, payment behavior, and customer satisfaction.

In an effort to enhance passenger experience, Eurowings has introduced water balls for children on board selected flights to warm-water destinations. This initiative aims to bring excitement and joy to young travelers during their journey.

Additionally, Eurowings has launched a "Priority Boarding" option starting at seven euros. This service allows passengers to board earlier than others and settle into their seats before regular boarding begins. The option is available during booking or can be added later through the airline's website or app.
