Delta Air Lines has opened applications for its 2026 flight attendant hiring classes, offering positions for both English-speaking and bilingual candidates. The airline is seeking individuals who are interested in customer service and can help deliver a positive experience for travelers.

Rachel McCarthy, Vice President – IFS ATL Operations, CX, Hiring and Learning at Delta, said, “As we approach the final months of our centennial year, we are setting our sites on 2026 and growing our flight attendant team. Delta’s flight attendants are the heart of our onboard experience. If you’re passionate about creating memorable journeys and delivering world-class service, we’d love to welcome you aboard!”

Applicants must be at least 21 years old at the time of application, have a high school diploma or equivalent, be legally authorized to work in the United States, speak English fluently, and be willing to fly both domestic and international routes that may include overnight trips and variable schedules. These requirements support Delta's operations across more than 300 destinations worldwide.
