The PC-24 made its first flight in 2015 and achieved certification from both FAA and EASA by December 2017. Design features include a conventional low-wing structure with a T-tail powered by two Williams FJ44 turbofan engines. The plane offers performance specifications such as a maximum takeoff weight of 18,700 pounds and a range of 2,100 nautical miles.

The cost to purchase a new Pilatus PC-24 ranges between $13 million to $14 million according to GuardianJet. Used models can cost up to $12 million or as low as $8.5 million depending on age and flight hours. Operating costs are significant; fixed costs alone amount to $250,000-$300,000 annually while variable costs can exceed $1.2 million based on usage.
