IHG One Rewards is offering a 15% discount on award nights at new hotels and resorts to encourage members to stay at these properties. This discount does not require prior registration or enrollment; members can simply check the list of eligible properties on IHG's website or search for award stays marked with "New to IHG" and a crossed-out award price.

The 15% discount is automatically applied when members log into their accounts and book an award stay at an eligible new hotel or resort through the IHG website or app. For instance, an award night that would normally cost 16,000 points will drop to 13,600 points with the discount.

IHG updates its list of new hotels and resorts approximately once a month. Once a property is added to this list, the discount is typically available for stays within the next few months. Currently, eligible stays must be booked by March 31, April 30, or May 31.
