Clear, a security screening company, is introducing a new premium airport concierge service for its members. This initiative aims to expedite the airport process even further for travelers.

"Even the members who travel frequently are sometimes in need of an additional helping hand," stated Kyle McLaughlin, executive vice president of travel and aviation at Clear. "We've unlocked the ability for members to book a Clear ambassador who can help them navigate the airport experience like a VIP."

The Clear Plus program is already operational at 59 U.S. airports, stadiums, and other large venues with over 31 million members enrolled. The newly launched service offers two levels: Concierge Express and Concierge Gate Service. According to the company, these services provide various conveniences such as curbside meet-ups and expedited navigation through security lanes.

"Members can choose from two options: Concierge Express...; and Concierge Gate Service...perfect for traveling families or seniors," said Clear representatives.

The service requires an additional fee on top of the regular membership cost of $209 annually. Concierge Express costs $99 per use, while Concierge Gate Service is priced at $179 per use. Children under 17 can still access Clear lanes free if accompanied by an adult member who has paid for the concierge service.

To utilize this new offering, bookings can be made via clearme.com/clear-concierge.

Currently available at major U.S. airports within the Clear network, more locations are expected to be added soon. Some of these include Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS), Dallas Love Field (DAL), Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport (DTW), among others.

"Whether you're catching a morning flight for work or traveling with your family on vacation, CLEAR Concierge helps you get through even faster every time," remarked Caryn Seidman Becker, CEO of Clear. "It's a premium experience that brings ease, predictability, and peace of mind to every journey."

"The ability to book a knowledgeable airport expert that is going to meet you curbside...is a service that has mass opportunity," added McLaughlin.
